Learning Systems & Instructional Design Lead APAC
AUA Regional Role based on Northern Gold Coast

Join our JELD-WEN Australia-Asia HR team on a multi-year journey, as we embark on building out our learning ecosystem to support 4,500+ workforce in our region.

 

Reporting to the GM Talent Management AUA, and partnering with the Talent Development Lead AUA, you will be key to delivering our learning systems and instructional design requirements.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

Learning Systems

  • LMS global project team
  • LMS design, development and implementation (Docebo) 
  • LMS user and group management
  • LMS user support via IT service ticket system 
  • System management, updates, audits & analysis
  • Ongoing governance  
  • Participate in global LMS council

 

Learning Solutions

  • Training needs analysis with business stakeholders
  • Designing learning solutions to meet business needs
  • Content vendor sourcing and management
  • In-house course development and instructional design  
  • Foundational content curation (OpenSesame) 
  • Develop learning pathways

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Desire to add value to the business in a specialist role, providing LMS expertise and instructional design
  • Demonstrated experience standing up and administrating LMS systems 
  • Adult learning and instructional design skills developing engaging learning solutions to meet business needs
  • Technical skills, problem solving and delivering timely resolutions through a IT service ticketing system
  • Organized, detail oriented, autonomous and collaborative, able to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with a global organisation or similar large organisation would be advantageous.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate technical issues in relatable terms
