This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our professional, down to earth and friendly team. You will provide high level support to our administration team via direction from the Administration Supervisor and Administration Manager.

Reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor/Manager this position will have responsibility for the following:


  • Daily processing and reviewing of invoicing
  • Daily processing of banking 
  • Setting up, managing, maintaining and balancing of cash sale accounts 
  • Ensure credit queue is maintained throughout the working day
  • Assist with end of month requirements  
  • General administration duties 


To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Highly observant and a proficiency with numbers
  • A desire to provide excellent administrative support
  • Strong computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Professional phone manner
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Experience with money handling and banking
  • Ability to work well autonomously within a team environment
  • Previous experience in an administration role is preferred 
  • Knowledge of AR processes and bookkeeping would be advantageous 
  • An understanding of logistics
