The key focus of this role is:

Coordinating the installation of products.
Coordinating a fleet of sub contract installers.
Liaising with production to ensure product is completed in line with fit dates.
Liaising with customers in respect of installation issues and timing.
Respond to customer concern and issues as they arise.
Ensuring compliance to OH&S Policies and Procedures at all times.
Proactively seeking resolutions to issues & assisting other team members as necessary.
Proactively contributing to a positive and professional work environment.


To be successful in your application you will:

Have excellent time management skills.
Have the ability to work well under pressure.
Have an aptitude for learning in order to develop a good understanding & knowledge of all Shower Screen & Wardrobe products.
Have good computer skills.
Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Have good communication skills.
