The Opportunity 

 

Due to continuous growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Sales Representative looking after our North-West Melbourne region.

 

Provide the highest level of customer service to architects, homeowners and builders when looking for windows and doors solutions for their new build or renovation project.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Achieve agreed sales and margin budgets across all market segment.
  • Customer expectations are exceeded whilst operating within the pricing policy.
  • Respond to all customer enquiries within agreed response times.
  • Execute on business development initiatives to generate sales leads.
  • Improve product sales mix to maximise net profit in low-growth markets.
  • Undertake plan take-offs and support the estimating function.
  • Act as the interface between architects, homeowners, builders and the Trend business, fostering solutions selling approach.
  • Provide technical and design consultation.
  • Make appropriate product and technical recommendations.

 

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a trade sales environment and or showroom sales.
  • Proven solutions selling capability.
  • Experience working with architects and builders.
  • Sound knowledge of building industry, codes and regulations and process.
  • Windows and doors knowledge (highly advantageous).
  • The ability to read plans and undertake plan take-offs.
  • Ability to work independently where required.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills – MS Office, CRM/Salesforce.
