Contract Administrator/Estimator

Your Opportunity


As the Contract Administrator / Estimator, you're an integral team member within our Commercial arm for our Jeld-Wen Showerscreens Stapylton business. Working as part of a team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position offers an excellent opportunity for a career that offers stability and the opportunity for growth and development. You'll be providing support to on site supervisor, builders and contractors with quoting commercial projects and end to end tendering process.


In addition, you’ll:

  • meet tender deadlines
  • monitor tender platforms for opportunities
  • assist in cost forecasting and reporting of projects

About you


We’re looking to leverage your experience, knowledge and understanding of the building industries tendering process, planning and scheduling from tender right through to completion along with your desire to nature relationships with all stakeholders. We're seeking someone who is able to work collaboratively within our team, contribute to a positive work environment, who has a very high attention to detail. 


In addition, you will bring:

  • experience in the building industry and/or glazing industry, preferred
  • understanding of head contract and subcontractor conditions
  • ability to provide solutions based advice
  • sound MS skills and experience in using proprietary systems
  • ability to commit to in office hours Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm
