The opportunity


As the South East QLD / Northern NSW Sales Manager and senior member of our Jeld-Wen Showerscreens QLD team, you'll provide leadership, support and coaching to showroom sales consultants and on-road representatives by building constructive relationships across the team to optimize sales outcomes and meet sales objectives. With the role being a mixer of on road and in our state of the art JELD-WEN Glass Stapylton office, you will maximise the return on our sales and marketing investment by managing sales operations and building a high performing sales team to execute the strategic sales plan.


In addition, you will:

  • set KPI's and manage sales team activity to meet targets
  • responsible for driving the financial outcomes of the sales function
  • drive structured sales processes, activities and disciplines
  • identify new business and market opportunities
  • assist in the development of the annual marketing plan

About you


Naturally a people person excited by providing the highest level of customer service, your strength will be in your ability to bring energy, resilience and enthusiasm along with a practical hands-on approach to sales management to your experienced sales team. Highly motivated, results orientated leader with an assertive approach to seeking new business, you'll thrive in the rapidly changing manufacturing environment. 


You will have: 

  • strong business acumen
  • experience within the building sales industry, advantageous 
  • ability to lead and manage a diverse team including geographically spread-out 
  • experience in providing coaching, training and effective planning to achieve outcomes
  • ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
