Learning Management System (LMS) Lead
AUA Regional Role based on Northern Gold Coast

This is an exciting time to join our JELD-WEN Australia-Asia HR team, as we embark on global implementation of our Learning Management System that will reach 22,000+ employees globally, and 4,500+ employees in Australia-Asia region.

 

Reporting to the GM Talent Management AUA, and working closely with the Talent Development Lead AUA, you will be part of our global and regional implementation project team with the design, development, implementation, and delivery of our global LMS solution. Post go-live you will be the primary learning systems administrator for the AUA region supporting 4,500+ users. 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Course management 
  • Content curation 
  • User management
  • User support via IT service ticket system 
  • System management, updates, & audits
  • System optimization for region & business
  • Reporting & analysis
  • Ongoing governance of tool
  • Participates in global LMS council

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Desire to add value to the business in a specialist role, providing knowledge and expertise, whilst ensuring the LMS solution meets the needs of the regional business and users
  • Demonstrated experience administrating LMS systems such as Docebo, integrated in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Technical skills, problem solving and delivering timely resolutions through a IT service ticketing system
  • Organized, detail oriented, autonomous and collaborative, able to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with a public listed company (ASX, NYSE, etc.), global organisation or similar large organisation would be advantageous.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate technical issues in relatable terms
