About the Opportunities

 

As a valued team member of our Cardiff branch you will provide an exceptional level of service to our customers responding to enquiries, troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. You're a specialist administrative support to the Sales Team, contributing to the overall success of the sales team along with supporting the Account Managers in coordinating orders with both the Account Manager and customer.

 

In addition, you’ll:

  • review quotes, plans and pricing 
  • prepare quotations, place orders into our CRM system and convert and schedule in orders  
  • action and follow-up customer sales and service enquiries 
  • facilitate inbound / outbound calls in a fast paced environment

 

About you

 

We’re looking to leverage your experience in internal sales (advantageous) or administrative role, however we are able to consider an applicant who has customer service experience as a minimum, who demonstrates a keenness to learn as this is a stepping stone to progress into future opportunities within our showrooms and sales representative roles. 

 

We’re looking for a team player that loves to partner and contribute to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in their approach to providing quality customer service with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative and the ability to exercise independent judgement.

 

You will have:

  • competency in using MS Office Suite and ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • commit to continuous improvement of both the business and personal self-development
  • knowledge and understanding of the Windows and Doors and/or Building industry would be an advantage

  • we have two opportunities - permanent full-time and 12-month fixed term contract
  • Monday to Friday flexibility around start and finish times
