Marketing Manager - Doors Group

The Opportunity 

 

Working with JELD-WEN’s iconic brands, Corinthian Doors and William Russel Doors this role will help develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for JELD-WEN’s brands, in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.  Strategies geared towards digital transformation to drive continuous improvement, engagement and a better experience for all customers across the entire journey.

 

This ultimately supports JELD-WEN’s sustainable profitable growth strategies in a manner that enhances the brand's professional image and positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop strategic marketing plans across different channels and segments
  • Lead the Doors Group marketing plans from start to finish
  • Lead a work environment of continuous review and improvement
  • Working with a digital partner, develop and implement digital marketing strategies 
  • Develop innovative and relevant content and communication strategies
  • Coordinate and activate contra sponsorships to promote brand and product
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D to shape the product portfolio
  • Launch new products to market both internally and externally
  • Work closely with senior leaders across all functions to execute marketing strategies
  • Liaise and manage external agency relationships
  • Execute marketing plan and ensure appropriate measurement tools
  • Identify and develop digital communication opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral and content including PR

About You

  • Bachelor of Marketing and Communications
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a corporate marketing role
  • Background in multi-channel marketing
  • Experience in marketing products within the building and construction industry
  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Technical mindset with a knowledge JELD-WEN product range advantageous
  • Strong digital marketing experience is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in working with and managing agency relationships
