About the Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Regency Showerscreens and Wardrobes Rowville team to partner with our customers in their home to design wardrobe solutions to best suit their needs. To enhance and make practical use of the available space whilst always ensuring a seamless, professional and enjoyable experience for the customer from start to finish, from design through to installation.
Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, you'll be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships. With the role being primarily on road, you'll engage with homeowners and trades when looking for storage solutions for a new build or renovation project.
We’re looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in making our customers wardrobe dreams come true! Previous experience in a Sales Representative role would be advantageous, preferably with knowledge of wardrobe products, the kitchen or the building industry. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships and your capability to learn and attain proficiency in the use of Cabinet Vision, SalesForce and iCat along with your problem solving and negotiation skills are key to this role. You will diligently plan, organise and carryout selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets.
