About our Opportunity
As a valued member of our Site Service team, you are an integral team member supporting the Site Service coordinator and supervisor. Our team is a small professional close knit team where our team strives to provide an exceptional level of customer service, customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction, providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. At times you will need to troubleshoot solutions when assisting our customers who are homeowners, builders or construction supervisors with their enquiries.
In addition, you’ll:
- manage inbound and outbound correspondence via phone or email
- book appointments with customers and reschedule as required by the customer
- prepare documentation for Site Service field team

In addition, you’ll have/be:
- some administration experience, advantageous
- team player with good people and relationship skills
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- competency using MS Suite, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
