About our Opportunity


As a valued team member of our Girraween branch, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our customers responding to enquiries, troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. You're a specialist administrative support to the Sales Team, contributing to the overall success of the sales team along with supporting Account Managers in coordinating orders with customers.


About You


We’re looking to leverage your customer service and/or administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn, this is a steppingstone to progress into future opportunities within our showrooms and sales representative roles. 


We’re looking for a team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in their approach to providing quality customer service with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative and the ability to exercise independent judgement.


It is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

  • competency in using MS Office Suite
  • ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
  • excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
  • ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • commit to continuous improvement of both the business & personal self-development
  • knowledge of the Windows and Doors and/or Building industry, advantage.
