A unique opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant and Internal Communications Coordinator.


What will you do?


You will be supporting the executive leaders of the region with - 

  • Calendar management and meeting management for key executives
  • Oversee the regional travel booking and approval
  • Coordinating approvals for expenditure
  • Planning and coordination of events and conferences
  • Coordination of internal communication and PR activities
  • Facilitate executive-led meetings including town halls
  • Maintain agreed cadence distribution of internal comms
  • Update company intranet, the social media app  


What are we looking for?

  • Experience supporting executive-level managers with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisational and calendar management skills
  • High levels of autonomy, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Experience with internal communications is highly desirable
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills
