Stegbar is part of the JELD-WEN group, the name behind iconic Australian brands Stegbar, Corinthian, Regency and Airlite. Our Smithfield manufacturing facility has an opening for a self-motivated fast learner who is good on the tools, is passionate about safe work practices, and takes pride in their workmanship.


Duties include:

  • Operating machinery used in the manufacturing of wardrobes
  • Preparing & Packing of Jobs for install
  • Fitting glass in aluminum frames
  • Glass handling & Quality checks
  • 38 Hour working week

You can demonstrate:

  • Safe work practices
  • Solid manual handling techniques
  • Use of hand and pneumatic tools
  • Reliable, good work ethic and punctual
  • Able to communicate clearly

In turn you will be paid under a site enterprise agreement and be trained in all safe work practices.
