About the Role

Reporting to the Factory Manager the successful candidate will join the team as a permanent employee, where you will carry out the quality production of windows and doors. 

Hours of operation

Monday to Thursday 6.00 am to 2.30 pm & Friday 6.00 am to 12.00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the general manufacturing, metal/glass fabrication and machine operation
• Use basic hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments
• Carry out quality checking of products ensuring that company standards are met
• Picking, stacking and packing up windows and doors ready for transport – noting heavy lifting will be required
• All work environments are up to safety standards

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with machinery, tooling, manufacturing and manual handling processes
• An eye for detail and strong measurement and accuracy skills
• Ability to work in a team to assist with daily production requirements
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Safe Work practices
• A flexible individual who can embrace work changes and who can multitask whilst maintaining great attention to detail
